Thank you Tom and Grand Endeavor Homes for your excellent work! I am thrilled with my cabinets! We have been in our home about 8 months now and I am still in awe of how great these cabinets turned out. We have lived in 3 custom homes and had cabinets from 3 different custom cabinet companies and these are by far the best designed, best finished cabinets we have ever had. Every detail was considered in their design and I didn’t even know it at the time of selection. There are many things we love about our home, but these cabinets and the finish on them are truly exceptional!!

We are so excited about our new home! For us, we have checked every box to make this our dream house because the process allows you to make tweaks and customize to fit your life. Kristen in the design center was so fun to work with, she has great ideas and advice to make it all work together. I recommend using your lighting budget and go customize at Texas Bright Ideas. Wanda was extremely helpful and great to work with. We appreciated that we had total access to the house during the construction process. We often checked Builder Trend and were always excited when progress pictures were uploaded. Our project manager, James Kraus, was wonderful, professional and we enjoyed working with him so much. Even after we closed, he was very responsive on some small issues that we found. The landscape is beautiful- Landshapes did a great job picking plants. In fact, I couldn’t have imagined it better than it turned out. There were delays though, but they couldn’t help the rain. The only thing lacking in this process was the communication. Mostly from the administrative side, it was hard to get answers on items such as change orders. When there were delays, we wish that the communication would have been better on what we could expect. I’ve been around this business long enough to know that delays will inevitably happen, but a quick email/text would have gone a long way to ease our minds. We are settled (mostly) and pretty much all is wrapped up. We want to thank James again- we could not be more pleased to have worked with him!

The first time we saw the Grand Endevour home we knew we wanted it. From the initial phone call to closing, Blake was always there when questions needed to be answered. When we needed advise on how to get modifications done to the home, Blake either had the answer or got the answer quickly. He is personable, knowledgeable and professional. He made our moving experience seamless and with the least amount of stress. I will recommend Blake and Grand Endeavor to anyone looking to move to the Georgetown/Liberty Hill area.
